Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Services contain third party open source components and other third party data and components that are owned by one or more third parties (“Third Party Components”). Certain of the Third Party Components may be subject to separate license terms to be entered into between Customer and the applicable third party licensor of such Third Party Components, in which case Company will provide Customer with notice of the separate license terms applicable to such Third Party Components.
THE THIRD PARTY COMPONENTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, AND COMPANY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, COLLATERAL OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR CONDITIONS, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, QUALITY, INTEGRATION OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE THIRD PARTY COMPONENTS. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT COMPANY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED BY OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR RELIANCE ON ANY THIRD PARTY COMPONENTS.
